Tesla Autopilot, Ford BlueCruise, and GM Super Cruise offer hands-free highway driving for long trips. These features are genuinely useful, especially for drivers who want support on highway lanes.

Range considerations

For seniors who drive under 50 miles per day, nearly any EV works fine. For longer drives to visit family, a 250+ mile range with easy Supercharger or Electrify America access is worth prioritizing. Ask your family members to map charger stops before suggesting a route.
